Consulting Services
Dr. Speth's expertise is very much in demand, but he is also a gentleman whose word is binding, and he expects the same consideration in return. He begins a consultation by reviewing the autopsy report and then discussing the findings with the client. If he believes that he will be of material assistance in the case, he will accept the case, whereupon fees are discussed. At that point, he may request a variety of documents, drawing upon a near-encyclopedic knowledge of medicine, law, and forensic science. Services may include trial preparation as well as court testimony.
If Dr. Speth is currently too engaged to take on your case, he may refer you to an appropriate colleague who may be able to assist you.
